File size limitations for each eBook marketplace

Wondering how large of a filesize each marketplace supports?
Amazon Kindle¶
They don't have a limit that I'm aware of (it used to be 50 MB), but they do adjust the min. price you can charge because of their $.15/MB delivery fee:

Because you can't embed audio or video, it's unlikely that your eBook file would ever get too large.
Google Books¶
Limit is 2GB
BN Nook¶
Limit is 20 MB
Kobo¶
I need to confirm, but they have been kicking back larger eBook files.
Apple iBooks¶
No limit that I am aware of.
